Paid Social Lead

Part-time to start, partner track with profit sharing within ~6 months.

The Role

The channel is yours.

You'll lead paid social across every client account — Meta and LinkedIn as the core, with crossover into Reddit and X where they fit. You own strategy, audience architecture, creative direction (briefing, not producing), bidding, and measurement. You'll audit new accounts and take over existing ones.

We're an intentionally small agency where our founder leads client strategy, and you'll be the channel expert on the call. On social-led accounts, you may run the full relationship.

Responsibilities

What you'll own.

  • Paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X
  • Audience and creative testing frameworks, bidding, and budget allocation
  • Creative briefs and feedback loops with clients' internal teams or external producers
  • Measurement: pixel audits, CAPI/Conversions API, offline conversion uploads, cross-platform attribution
  • Paid social audits for new-business work
  • Promoted's paid social point of view as we grow

Requirements

What you bring.

  • Deep experience running paid social with B2B accounts on both LinkedIn and Meta
  • A real LinkedIn track record — you know why it’s expensive and how to make it work anyway
  • Reddit and X experience or a strong appetite to own them
  • Client-ready — you can run a call, defend a creative direction, and translate data into decisions
  • Creative fluency — you don’t design, but you know what makes a B2B ad work
  • Strong measurement chops: CAPI, offline conversions, view-through vs. click-through debates
  • 2-hour response window during business hours

Nice to Have

Bonus points.

  • 5+ years running paid social
  • Developer tools, technical B2B, or AI company experience
  • ABM platform experience (6sense, Demandbase) as it intersects with paid social
  • Large-agency background and ready to run something smaller and more focused

Logistics

Fully remote, any location. 1099 to start, W-2 at full-time. Competitive hourly during part-time phase; salary + profit share at partner.
