Paid Search Lead
Part-time to start, partner track with profit sharing within ~6 months.
The Role
The channel is yours.
You'll lead paid search across every client account — Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Shopping where relevant) and Microsoft Ads. The channel is yours: strategy, structure, bidding, creative, measurement. You'll manage our current search ad buyers, audit new accounts as they come in, and own the overall execution standard.
We're an intentionally small agency where our founder leads client strategy, and you'll be the channel expert on the call. On search-only accounts, you run it end-to-end.
Responsibilities
What you'll own.
- Paid search strategy and account architecture across every Promoted client
- Search audits for new-business pitches and onboarding
- Measurement: conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, value-based bidding, Google Ads Data Manager pipelines
- Testing cadence and experimentation frameworks
- Promoted's paid search point of view as we grow
